CAMMS Performance Management Summit 2012

Delegates from across the world met at the CAMMS Performance Management Summit 2012 at Hilton on the Park in Melbourne to discuss the impact of the recent Global Financial Crisis and how it has created a catalyst worldwide that is necessitating much closer scrutiny on planning and performance management, service delivery and stakeholder engagement going forwards.

The Summit enabled delegates to hear from keynote speakers from across the globe, be involved in interactive sessions and witness best practice case studies.
